Once upon a time…
there was a quite camera-shy (and microphone-shy) doctor. (Me. Yes, that girl was me.)

During 2020, me and my fellow Life Coaches (oh, yeah. I’m also a Certified Life Coach) recorded 37 episodes of the original show, which are now archived at the bottom of our podcast page and on Apple Podcasts.
Fast forward to 2023.
Technology has advanced, and our world is evolving at lightning speed…and we now have even a bigger opportunity to join in the process of that evolution.
So I faced my fears and with a little help from my friends….

We built a video studio in my spare bedroom. I spent the past few years studying video media and crafting our message, planning the content and community to bring us all together now, in a collaboration to bring out the best in each other and our world.
